Question 1

Does CounterList AI press Publish for me?

Accepted Answer

No, and it never will. The Chrome extension fills Facebook's 'Item for sale' form in your own signed-in browser — title, price, category, condition, description, SKU, tags and photos — then stops. A person reads the listing over and presses Publish. Same rule as DealerList AI.

Question 2

Where do the photos come from?

Accepted Answer

From the manufacturer's official accessory catalogue, looked up by part number. Land Rover is the first catalogue supported; more come as dealers arrive. You can also upload your own photos for any part. CounterList never uses stock images or AI-generated product photos.

Question 3

What happens if a part has no price on my sheet?

Accepted Answer

The price field is left blank and the listing is flagged so you can type it in before publishing. CounterList never enters $0 and never guesses a price.

Question 4

Do I need a DMS integration or a parts feed?

Accepted Answer

No. Upload the spreadsheet or CSV your parts department already keeps, map the columns once, and CounterList resolves the photos by part number. You can also add a single part by typing its part number.

Question 5

Who at the dealership uses it?

Accepted Answer

The parts manager and parts advisors. CounterList AI is its own product with its own login — not a seat on a sales tool. Roles decide who can add parts, who can post and who can see the whole department’s activity.

Question 6

Is this for listing our whole parts counter?

Accepted Answer

No. Marketplace throttles bulk listing and buyers ignore it. CounterList is for the 10–50 featured accessories worth showing local buyers — roof racks, side steps, tow kits, roof boxes — posted one at a time, about a minute each.

Question 7

How much does CounterList AI cost?

Accepted Answer

Recommended pricing is shown above: Starter, Professional and Enterprise, billed monthly in CAD. It is not final yet — book a demo and you will leave the call with your exact number.
